Before joining the firm in 1980, Mr. Ober was employed as an Equity Analyst with Morgan Guaranty Trust in New York for five years, during which period he followed 12 industries. Mr. Ober earned a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University. He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst accreditation. Mr. Ober will remain a member of the committee until he retires from T. Rowe Price on December 31, 2010.
