The Consumer Goods segment manufactures and bottles beverages, including beers and non-alcoholic soft drinks; produces and distributes pens and razors, as well as plastic packaging products for the food and cosmetics industries; manufactures BIC writing products; and imports and sells BIC lighters and razors. The company was formerly known as Etablissements Verminck and changed its name to CFAO SA in 1887. The company was founded in 1845 and is headquartered in Sèvres, France. As of December 17, 2012, CFAO SA operates as a subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation.
