The company is also engaged in exploiting and transporting construction materials; laboratory testing on concrete mechanical durability; heavy maintenance vehicles and construction machineries business; producing and restoring mechanical spare parts; producing mechanical products; operating hotels and restaurants, as well as providing wines, cigarettes, and massage services; providing travel center and other tourist services; operating as an agent of alcohol, including beer, as well as other beverages; providing foreign exchange services; and art and handcraft goods business. In addition, it organizes events, seminars, and meetings, as well as provides adverting services; operates as an agent of airplanes, as well as provides train ticketing services; provides overseas study consultant services; provides transportation of travelers and passengers under contract; offers car rental services; provides recreations, and sports and games on the sea services; offers labor export services; provides vocational training activities; provides real-estate for rent and business; and constructs treatment grouting for foundation and body structure works, as well as internet service. The Company was founded in 1975 and is based in Quy Nhon, Vietnam.
