It also offers professional and collegiate sports programming, such as the NFL Sunday Ticket package, which allows subscribers to view NFL games. In addition, it provides digital-quality video entertainment and audio programming under the DIRECTV and SKY brands. Further, the company owns and operates two sports networks in Denver, Colorado, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as well as two sports networks in Seattle, Washington, and Houston, Texas, under the ROOT SPORTS brand name. DIRECTV, LLC was formerly known as The DIRECTV Group, Inc. and changed its name to DIRECTV, LLC in May 2009. The company was founded in 1994 and is based in El Segundo, California. As of July 24, 2015, DIRECTV, LLC operates as a subsidiary of AT&T Inc.
