The company also offers specialty fluids comprising dialysis solutions for the treatment of acute or chronic renal failure; hemodialysis solution, a concentrated solution of electrolytes in water for injection; irrigation solutions, which are sterile solutions that are used to bathe and flush open wounds or body cavities; mannitol injection, an osmotic diuretic, which promotes the excretion of water; Dextran 70, a fluid to expand blood volume; and Metronidazole for infections of gum and dental cavities, and pressure sores, as well as pelvic area, brain and lung, bones, gastrointestinal, genital tract, and blood infections. In addition, it provides other drug preparations, including Bacticide, which is used for disinfection of wounds, burns, lacerations, and abrasions, as well as for pre and post-operative disinfection; limulus amebocyte lysate test products; and ophthalmic products, as well as distributes medical venipuncture intravenous sets and non DEHP gravity administration sets. Further, the company is involved in the manufacture of distilled drinking water; toll manufacture of pharmaceutical products in liquid form; operation of dialysis centers, restaurants, and bakeries; and provision of food, catering, food production, and other related services. It serves hospitals, clinics, drugstores, medical distributors, and traders, as well as corporate/industrial accounts.
