In addition, it distributes bearings and CX machine parts, HERTZ bolt connections, and specialized products for industry and other holding brands; elements transporting propulsion, such as bearings, propulsion bands, sealing, and industrial drilling connections; agriculture, industry, automotive, and power tools; and hardware articles and construction chemicals. Further, the company provides debt collection, law, and financial consultancy services; and manages and administers real-estate related to trade, service, production, and storage, as well as office buildings. Additionally, it offers new technologies and start-up services. The company was formerly known as COMPLEX S.A. and changed its name to Redwood Holding S.A. in June 2014. Redwood Holding S.A. was founded in 1993 and is based in Lódz, Poland.
