The company conducts audits and reviews of financial statements in accordance with Polish Accounting Standards, International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS), German Accounting Law (HGB), and US GAAP; restates financial statements in accordance with International Accounting Standards, HGB, and US GAAP; offers advice on designing and implementing accounting policies, as well as financial advice on preparing prospectuses; and conducts investigation audits. It also provides investment consulting for mergers and acquisitions, enterprises valuation and restructuring, due diligence analyses, election reports auditing, EU projects and programs auditing, and on-call accounting advisory services, as well as audits the financial information of political parties on subventions received and on expenditure incurred out of the subventions. In addition, the company offers on-going tax consulting, tax review, tax and court proceedings handling, and transfer pricing consulting services in the areas of value-added tax, income taxes, international double taxation treaties, transfer pricing, excise duty, and customs law. Further, it provides outsourcing services comprising accounting, human resources, and payroll services; professional training courses and workshops on accounting and taxes to the financial and accounting departments, and management boards of enterprises; authorized advisory and stock exchange consulting services; and business consulting services. TREX S.A. was formerly known as Downstream S.A. and changed its name to TREX S.A. in December 2023. TREX S.A. was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.
