Further, it fabricates steel structures, frames, and parts for metal bridges, factories and warehouses, and jetties; metal buoy; and helideck, as well as engages in property holding business. The company was formerly known as Shin Yang Shipping Corporation Berhad and changed its name to Shin Yang Group Berhad in July 2023. The company was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Miri, Malaysia. The company is a subsidiary of Shin Yang Holding Sendirian Berhad.
