It also provides cash management, payment, international transaction, remote banking, and electronic banking services, as well as banking services for SMEs and employees. In addition, the company offers corporate finance and advisory, asset management, securities brokerage, financial research, wealth management, capital market, and post-trade services; lease financing; personal loans, car finance, revolving credit, guaranteeing the risk of non-payment, and accounts receivable financing; and portfolio management services. It operates through a network of approximately 1,100 branches. The company was formerly known as Banque Marocaine du Commerce Extérieur and changed its name to Bank of Africa in March 2020. Bank of Africa was founded in 1959 and is headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco.
