The Proprietary Table Games segment develops, delivers live and electronic proprietary table games, progressive table games with bonusing options, proprietary side bets, as well as i-Gaming products, which feature online versions of its table games, social gaming, and mobile applications. The Electronic Table Systems segment provides develops and delivers various products involving popular table game content using e-Table game platforms. This segment’s products include i-Table, Table Master, Vegas Star, Rapid Table Games. The Electronic Gaming Machines segment provides a range of video slot titles developed as stand-alone units or as linked progressive machines. This segment also sells software conversion kits that allow existing electronic gaming machines terminals to be converted to other games that operate on the PC4 operating platform; develops a range of games using the Pink Panther brand, Equinox that offers widescreen displays. SHFL entertainment, Inc. markets its products to casinos and other legal gaming establishments through its direct sales force, various distributors and/or representatives worldwide. It was formerly known as Shuffle Master, Inc. and changed its name to SHFL entertainment, Inc. in October 2012. SHFL entertainment, Inc. was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. As of November 25, 2013, SHFL entertainment, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Bally Technologies, Inc.
